Taco Tuesday is a big hit in our house, but instead of doing the same taco dish each week, I found this great recipe that is pretty easy. Marinade the chicken overnight and pop it on the grill the next day. No smoker? Use a cast iron skillet and it will taste just as good!
Everyone loved this recipe, even my picky youngest daughter! 😃
