I strongly recommend that we elect Thomas Frank to the office of mayor of West Linn. As a member of the City Council, he has demonstrated that he has the leadership qualities to fill that position. Beyond that, his activities in several other civic organizations confirm his abilities to carry out his responsibilities in a manner that has brought him respect from his associates.

I have had the privilege of working with Thomas on a variety of city issues and have found him thoughtful and without prejudice. I believe that he is the type of a person that best represent the citizens of West Linn.
