We had a great event supporting and thanking all the many volunteers who donated their time making West Linn parks great.  The event was held at the historic McLean House.  So many times as I visit our parks with my family, I ask the others what part of West linn they live in.  Surprisingly, the majority of the visitors I speak to come here from other areas in the region — Happy Valley, Oregon City, Tualatin, and even Vancouver!  These visitors not only enjoy our parks, but also support our local economy.  Our volunteer’s truly help make our parks the beacon in the region.
