Boyd Brown wrote a letter of support published in the West Linn Tidings on October 4, 2012:
I am supporting Thomas Frank for West Linn City Council. His background in finance will be valuable in working with our city leaders to assure fiscal responsibility. Thomas will set a list of priorities. He knows we can’t do it all at once, but can accomplish more with prioritizing and funding priorities. His experience on the West Linn Planning Commission has led to a knowledge of how our city works from the inside out and has led to an understanding of the direction we need to go in the future. Thomas Frank will put the interest of the citizens of West Linn first.
Thomas will represent what is best for West Linn and will work collaboratively with our current councilors to continue to move our city forward. As a co-representative of Rosemont Pointe Neighborhood Transitional Advisory Committee with Thomas, I know him to be a tireless worker, highly organized, a person of integrity and a person who “really gets it.” Thomas understands how to plan, develop and implement the current and future needs of West Linn. I support Thomas Frank and know he will represent all of us on the West Linn City Council.
