I am pleased to see that Thomas Frank has filed to fill a seat on the West Linn City Council. I have had the opportunity to work with him on the police facility development committee and the police station oversight committee.

I found him to be courteous, thoughtful, diligent and well informed during the various meetings and discussions that we had. At the same time, he was his own person and was not given to modifying his opinions just to please someone else. Because of this and his professional and other public activities backgrounds, I believe he would be a positive addition to the council.
